Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Legal Associate with expertise in corporate and commercial law. The ideal candidate will handle complex legal matters, manage client relationships, and mentor junior associates while maintaining the highest standards of legal practice.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Practice
- Handle complex corporate and commercial transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
- Provide legal counsel to domestic and international clients
- Represent clients in courts and arbitration proceedings
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions
- Ensure compliance with Qatar laws and regulations
Client Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead client meetings and presentations
- Provide strategic legal advice to key clients
- Develop and implement client service strategies
- Handle sensitive and confidential information
Team Leadership
- Mentor and supervise junior associates
- Review and quality check legal documents
- Contribute to knowledge management initiatives
- Assist in business development activities

Required Qualifications
Education & Licensing
- Law degree from an accredited university
