Is this you?
Your employer says you took company money and wants you to sign a pledge to repay it.
We look at how the money reached you, and in what capacity, before you sign anything.
Your business partner says you misused the company's money.
We go through the contracts, transfers and accounts with you.
The police or the Prosecution called you in over a complaint about money.
We find out what the complaint says before you go.
You found out there's a travel ban against you.
We find out which case it comes from, and the next step.
A partner, employee or agent took money that was yours or your company's.
We put the contracts, transfers and accounts in order, and explain your options.
You paid for a deal or lent money, and you think you were deceived.
Send the documents. We tell you plainly which route fits.
Your first message commits you to nothing. Confidential.

What going in alone can cost you
Up to 3 years in prison
for fraud or breach of trust, and at least 5 years for embezzlement by a public employee.
A travel ban
can be ordered during the investigation or the trial.
Paying it back may not end the case
As a rule, withdrawing the complaint doesn't stop a fraud or breach of trust case.

What you get
The Money-Trail Plan
Everything you need from the first complaint to the end of the case, whichever side you're on.
Within the hour
Faysel reads your summons, contract or transfers himself and tells you where you stand.
Before you sign
We find out what the complaint says, and tell you your rights, what to bring and what not to sign. You leave the consultation with a written legal opinion.
On the day
A lawyer attends with you and checks the record matches your words before you sign.
In the file
We read the investigation file and build the defence on the documents.
If you lost money
We put the contracts, transfers and accounts in order, explain your options, including a claim for the money, and represent you if you decide to go ahead.
Until the end
The same lawyer, from the first complaint to the Court of Cassation.
All of it starts with one WhatsApp message.

Why this works
We follow the money on paper
We read the contracts, transfers and accounts side by side: what was handed over, on what terms, and where it went.
A track record in criminal defence
Criminal cases like yours are a large part of our daily work.

We prepare every case from day one as if it will reach Cassation.
A digital-first firm
You start on WhatsApp and send everything by photo or voice note.
One lawyer, start to finish
You never re-explain your case to someone new.
Our commitments to you
- Faysel replies to you himself, within the hour in working hours.
- Your first message commits you to nothing.
- The fee is agreed in writing before any work starts.
- Everything you send stays confidential.
Why today, not next week
What you sign or say in the first days shapes the case.
Get advice before you do either.
Records and messages can be changed or lost.
Keep the contracts and transfers as they are, and keep copies.
Appeal time is short: 15 days
from the judgment.

Start in 3 steps
Send a photo of the summons, the contract or the bank transfers on WhatsApp. A voice note is fine.
Faysel reads it himself and replies within the hour in working hours.
You get a plain answer: where you stand, and the next step.
Questions people ask before they message us
Yes, perhaps more than anyone. Innocent people talk too much and sign too fast, and the record captures what was said, not what you meant.
A consultation is a fixed fee, with a written legal opinion. If you then ask us to take the case, the full fee is agreed in writing first.
Yes. You have the right to a lawyer, so ask for one clearly.
Yes. We work in Arabic and English.
Not as a rule. Fraud and breach of trust don't need the victim's complaint, so withdrawing it doesn't end the case (Criminal Procedure Code, Arts. 3 and 10). The exceptions are narrow, such as offences within the family, so ask us about yours.
You can bring a civil claim against the accused during the investigation, or before the criminal court until pleadings close, but not at the Court of Appeal (Criminal Procedure Code, Art. 19). Whether to go ahead is your decision.
Before you sign anything, send us a photo.
