Terms of use

The terms on which this website is offered.

Last updated 16 September 2026

These terms govern your use of this website, published by Al Faisal Law Firm & Legal Consultations in Doha, Qatar. By using the site you accept them. They are separate from the terms of any engagement between you and the firm, which are agreed in writing when the firm takes your matter.

Information, not advice

The content of this website is general information about the law in Qatar and about the firm. It is not legal advice, it may not reflect the most recent changes in the law, and it is not a substitute for advice on your own facts. Do not act, or refrain from acting, on anything here without speaking to a lawyer.

No lawyer-client relationship by using the site

Reading this site, sending a message, submitting a form or booking a consultation does not by itself make you a client of the firm. A lawyer-client relationship begins only when the firm has checked for conflicts, accepted the matter, and the scope and fee have been agreed in writing. Until then, do not send us anything you consider confidential beyond what is needed to describe your situation.

No promise of results

Figures on this site, such as the number of matters handled or the share of matters concluded successfully, describe the firm's past work. They are not a promise or prediction about your matter. Every matter turns on its own facts, evidence and law.

Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to interfere with its operation, scrape it, or use it to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content to the firm.

Ownership of content

The text, photographs, logos and design of this site belong to the firm or are used with permission. You may read and share links to it. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written consent.

Third-party services and links

The site links to WhatsApp, to telephone and email, to Google Maps and to social platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their content or operation.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, the firm is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site's general content or from its unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of Qatar, or affects the duties the firm owes you under an engagement agreed in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes about the site are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
