A first reading only, for a Muslim deceased under Qatar's Family Law. Who inherits, and how much, is settled by the heirs' certificate the Family Court issues. The tool does not deal with relatives other than a spouse, children and parents, with a will (wasiyya) or debts (enter the figure left after them), or with an heir of a different religion, who does not inherit (Article 248). Which law applies depends on nationality, religion and where the assets are (Civil Code Articles 23 to 25; Family Law Article 4). General information, not advice on your family's estate.
